Oakley Property Group was established to fill a niche in the residential building industry. Our strategy is to provide boutique solutions for smaller scale quality projects. The company chooses to focus on smaller developments in order to fulfill our desire to provide leading edge personalized service by treating our customers as partners in a project rather than just another number.

Every building that the Oakley Property Group completes is unique and has been tailored to our customers specific needs. This ensures that we always seek innovative solutions in our designs and don't simply spit out 'more of the same' as the larger builders seem to do.

We particularly specialize in high quality inner city townhouse/ apartments and coastal homes. We have forged strategic alliances with extremely talented and multi-award winning architects/designers.

We have a thorough knowledge of the planning code (ResCode) and vast developmental experience which enables us to offer you full feasibility advice on a range of building options.

Being a member of the Master Builders Association ensures we adhere to a strict code of conduct and carry out our duties in a polite, caring and professional manner.
